Whipped Goat Cheese
- 11 ounces goat cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream optional
Place goat cheese and cream (if using) into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer whipped goat cheese to a plate with a wide rim or a wide mouthed bowl and spread into an even layer.
Top goat cheese with a drizzle of honey.
Then top with bacon, everything seasoning and green onions. Serve with crostini.
