- 1 head romaine shredded
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup crumbled bacon (about 8 crispy slices)
- 2 avocados thinly sliced
- 4 hard boiled eggs thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

- 1 recipe blue cheese dressing
garnish
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced chives
Place shredded romaine into a large bowl and drizzle with 1/2 blue cheese dressing. Toss together.
