Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place all turkey meatball ingredients into a large mixing bowl and
Mix together until completely blended. (make sure not to over mix)
Form 1 – 1 ½ tablespoon sized cocktail meatballs with the turkey mixture and place onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment, about 1 inch apart.
Bake meatballs for 12 to 14 minutes or until barely cooked through.
gochujang glaze
Place all ingredients into a pan and whisk together until fully combined.
Place over medium-low heat and simmer until slightly thickened and glossy, 3 to 4 minutes.

Add meatballs to glaze and toss together until fully coated.
Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until meatballs have cooked through.
Transfer to a platter and serve with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.

**Recipe makes 15 meatballs (each serving is 3 meatballs)**
