Pork Shoulder Honey Soy Sauce Hoisin Sauce Rice Wine Vinegar Dark Brown Sugar Oyster Sauce Chinese Five Spice Powder Sesame Oil White Pepper Salt
Simmer honey, soy sauce, hoisin, vinegar, brown sugar, oyster sauce, Chinese five spice, sesame oil, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper in a saucepan.
Combine pork & sauce. Let it marinate, while refrigerated.
Bake pork on a baking sheet covered in foil, with a wire cooling rack on top.
Remove from oven and glaze. Broil until pork caramelizes.
Slice thinly and serve over your favorite dish!
