ROOT VEGETABLE GRATIN

STEP 1:

thinly slice root vegetables

STEP 2:

add cream, garlic, and salt and pepper into vegetables

STEP 3:

add cream and garlic to a greased baking dish

add stacks of root vegetables then sprinkle with parmesan and salt and pepper

STEP 4:

STEP 5:

cover with foil and bake

STEP 6:

remove foil and top with shredded gruyere bake until bubbly and browned
