milk pumpkin puree fusilli pasta unsalted butter all purpose flour thyme cheddar cheese shredded gouda toasted panko salt and pepper
Make a roux. Melt butter then add flour and whisk together. Then add thyme.
Add pumpkin and milk and stir together, then season with salt and pepper.
Add shredded cheese in batches until fully combined.
Add cooked pasta and toss together. Then serve.
