MINI HASSELBACK POTATOES

These Mini Hasselback Potatoes are crisp, cheesy and delicious! They're a great side dish to so many different meals!

INGREDIENTS:

new potatoes butter garlic shredded cheddar salt and pepper chives

STEP 1:

thinly slice the potatoes

STEP 2:

melt butter and garlic in a pan

STEP 3:

brush potatoes with garlic butter and bake

STEP 4:

after 15 min baste with butter again

STEP 5:

continue to bake and baste one last time

STEP 6:

top with cheese

season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives

STEP 7:

OH YEA!!!!!!!
