Bucatini Butter Shallots Gochujang Heavy Cream Garlic Parmesan Furikake
Cook pasta and reserve some water on the side.
Sauté shallots and garlic in butter with a skillet.
Add gochujang to the shallot mixture and cook until it deepens in color.
Add pasta water and mix together.
Add cream then parmesan.
Toss with noodles, then top with furikake and parmesan.
