Blueberry & Banana Buttermilk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into thirds
  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk
  • 3 ½ tablespoons agave nectar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth or desired consistency has been achieved (if you would like a thicker smoothie, add 1 ½ cups ice and blend).
