- 1 14.5 ounce chick peas drained, one can
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cloves garlic roasted
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut oil extra virgin olive oil will also work
- 1 tbsp tahini
- salt and pepper to taste
