You have probably seen a Corn and Black Bean Salsa before, but we chose to use a white bean because they are much creamier. The lime juice really brightens the flavor in this simple Corn Salsa Recipe. This is such a versatile easy recipe that could be just be served alone with chips, or even add an extra scoop of white beans and use it for vegetarian tacos.
