hollow out the baked potatoes

slice the bottom so they sit level when flipped over
STEP 3:
add butter and cream to potatoes
spread some potato mixture into the bottom of the potato skins
STEP 4:

add a sprinkling of cheese
STEP 6:
add a slice of bacon
STEP 7:
add egg and bake!
