Turkish Eggs  (Cilbir)

An easy Cilbir recipe that will surely be your favorite breakfast! Poached eggs over garlic yogurt & topped with an aleppo pepper butter sauce. Serve it with bread for a delicious and satisfying meal!

Ingredients

Eggs Yogurt Garlic Cumin Salt White Vinegar Butter Aleppo Pepper Smoked Paprika Fresh Dill

Combine yogurt, garlic, salt and cumin

Pour water in a pot and bring to a simmer. Add Vinegar. Create a whirlpool with a whisk.

Carefully drop an egg into the pot, cover, and remove from heat until cooked.

Melt butter with pepper, paprika & cumin until even.

Spoon yogurt in a bowl, place eggs and drizzle butter dressing. Add dill garnish.
