RECIPE

Super crispy and juicy fried chicken on brioche buns with pickle chips smothered in a spicy sauce. These are delicious and 100% worth making!

STEP 1:

marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk

combine dry ingredients for dredging

drizzle a couple spoonfulls of the buttermilk into flour mixture

STEP 4:

dredge season chicken breasts

STEP 6:

fry chicken breasts in 350° oil until golden brown and cooked through

STEP 7:

combine mayo and hot sauce together

STEP 8:

assemble! mayo sauce on top and bottom and pickles!
