FRENCH SILK PIE RECIPE
Combine crust ingredients
Press into pie dish.
Beat together sugar and eggs for the filling.
Beat egg mixture over a double boiler until it doubles in volume.
Beat together melted chocolate and egg mixture.
Combine chocolate mixture with creamed butter.
Fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate.
Make whipped cream for topping.
Top pie with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
