Our baked pasta casserole is filled with shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, peas, and smothered in a creamy sauce. It's pure comfort food at its best!

STEP 1: 

Cook onions and mushrooms in butter.  Add herbs and shredded chicken, set aside.

STEP 2:

In a pot, cook flour and butter together.

STEP 3:

Add milk and simmer until thick.  Season with salt and pepper, and then add parmesan and mix. Then add stock and simmer.

STEP 4:

Add chicken mixture, cooked bucatini, and peas into sauce and mix together.

STEP 5:

Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.

STEP 6:

Toast breadcrumbs in a skillet with butter.

STEP 6:

Top casserole with breadcrumbs and bake!
