STEP 1:

seasoned boneless chuck roast

STEP 1:

Sear seasoned boneless chuck roast

STEP 2:

Sauté veg then add herbs and tomato paste

STEP 3:

Deglaze pot with broth.

STEP 4:

Add tomatoes and basil

STEP 5:

Add beef back and simmer until it starts to fall apart

STEP 6:

Shred with forks

STEP 6:

We like to serve ours over cheesy polenta

But you can also serve over pasta!
