radicchio_butter_lettuce_salad Believe it or not we actually found this beautiful pink radicchio at our local grocery store! You obviously don’t need to use pink raddichio exclusively, but it sure does make this salad look amazing. We have been sitting on this recipe for a little bit because we thought we would try and time it with Mothers day because it’s sooo pretty! It utilized a ton of in season ingredients which we love doing. :)
