Well neither did we until recently, but now that we know, we’re stoked. We love Australian food…especially snacks! We love how hearty the food can be, like their meat pies! Who doesn’t love a good meat pie? Did you guys know they also have a special little something called a sausage roll?! It’s basically a flavorful meat mixture stuffed inside a rich, buttery, flaky crust…does it get much better? We don’t think so. This Australian Lamb & Sausage Roll is usually made with pork sausage or ground beef or both, but we changed ours up by mixing up some ground lamb as well as some mild Italian pork sausage….nothing too fancy or fussy.
