Labor Day is right around the corner and that usually means quality time with family and friends, entertainment, lots of booze, and great food. This year for labor day we’re going to be making these little guys…okay maybe not so little, but seriously delicious, colorful and totally a crowd pleaser nonetheless. We used mahi-mahi for our tacos because it’s a great grilling fish, but feel free to use any fish according to your taste! The creamy broccoli slaw adds an extra crunch compared to the usual cabbage slaw, and since we’re using a nonfat Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and sour cream it’s much better for you! The sweet and spicy mango salsa top these tacos off to create a wonderfully balanced fish taco!
